- You remain responsible for your internal account governance and access control.
- You must not use our services for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
4. Commercial Terms
- Project scope, pricing, timeline, and payment terms are defined in project proposals or service agreements.
- Invoices must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
- Unless required by law or contract, paid fees are non-refundable.

5. Data and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring you have legal rights to any data you provide. Each party agrees to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Security and Availability

7. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Deliverable ownership and licensing terms are defined in project agreements.

Both parties must protect confidential and non-public information and may disclose it only when legally required or expressly authorized.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is subject to the applicable contract.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend services for material breach, non-payment, or security risk. Either party may terminate based on agreed notice terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing law and dispute resolution are determined by the signed commercial agreement between the parties.
